Up Psycle is a Psycho-education page meant to assist with manoeuvring life. The concept is that we can figure out our next step through understanding.

The Up Psycle podcast is conducted by LaFerne Fraiser - a Psychology Lecturer who loves taking psychology out of the classroom, bringing it to life, where it belongs. Up Psycle is a spin on “recycle” and “psychology”. The aim is to use knowledge and every experience (good or bad) to chart a better way forward. This podcast is an info-sharing platform for psychology-based applications to real-life, everyday experiences.
